Returns for a refund (Shipping not included): will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, once the receipt is confirmed, a refund for the product (s) will be issued. If returned after the 15th day a restocking fee of 10% of the item price will be deducted from the total refund.

Exchanges (Shipping not included): will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, customer must pay for exchange shipping via Paypal. If an item(s) is returned for exchange and return postage is not included, 15 days after receipt by the merchandiser item will be subject to an item refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

Urgent Exchanges (Shipping not included): customer will purchase the correct item and ship the return for the incorrect item refund within 7 days of delivery.
- If an item is broken (damaged), must submit a photo of the damaged item for exchange or refund (customer's choice).
